Word is out that the union is pegging Indiana for the possible first major strike in 2024. Employees at Allison Transmission in Indianapolis are poised to take action if their contract demands are not met. Among other concerns, workers are worried about inflation and a lack of cost of living adjustment, which they had previously lost. 96% of them rejected the first tentative contract in November.
