After the Public Employees Federation rejected a proposed contract, the state began to lay off 3,500 workers yesterday.

Fox Searchlight has been accused of not paying any wages to interns. According to the complaint, the interns are owed minimum wage for the 40 hours per week they work, plus overtime and compensation for personal laptop and cell phone use.
