Wilmington, Mass – The five-year contract, which was ratified unanimously, secures strong gains and continued stability for all workers.
The new agreement includes the following provisions:
- RWDSU/UFCW members will receive a 4 percent wage increase for each of the first three years, followed by a 3.5 percent increase in the final two years.
- The cell phone allowance has been increased to $30 per month.
- All benefits and vacation provisions remain unchanged, ensuring continued security for members and their families and members will receive a $500 signing bonus.
“This contract is a clear win for our members,” said RWDSU New England Joint Board President and Recorder Tina Buonaugurio. “It provides meaningful wage increases, preserves benefits, and shows the power of solidarity when workers stand together.”
