Washington, DC – The New Teamsters national training program is designed to upgrade union organizing skills at every local.
Teamsters General President Sean M. O’Brien met with representatives from Teamsters locals and Joint Councils across the country to establish a national CDL training curriculum. The training will set the Teamsters standard, improve safety, and protect workers. “This national training ensures every Teamster has the skillset, safety, and support they need to succeed on the job,” O’Brien said. “It will strengthen rank-and-file Teamsters, equipping them with the confidence and courage to take on any road and any route safely.”
