From the Army to the Trades: Julien Josselin’s Next Mission

Julien Josselin proudly served his country from 2013 to 2021, first on active duty with the 3rd Brigade, 10th Mountain Division, and later in the United States Army Reserve with the 411th Engineer Brigade as a 12B Combat Engineer. His time in the military helped shape the values he carries with him today: discipline, resilience, loyalty, and a strong sense of brotherhood.

After completing his military service, Julien was determined to continue building a meaningful future for himself and his family. In 2023, through the New York Helmets to Hardhats program, he earned the opportunity to join the IUOE Local 15 Apprenticeship Program. Now a proud third-year apprentice, Julien continues to apply the same dedication and work ethic he learned in the Army to his career every day.

Julien is deeply honored to be recognized at the LaborPress Salute to Veterans Reception. He is grateful for the support of his family, fellow veterans, and union brothers and sisters, and takes pride in representing those who continue to serve both their communities and their country with honor.
