The Communications Workers of America Local 1180 have reached a tentative contract agreement with the Adams administration. The pact is retroactive, running from mid-Dec. 2021 through June 12 of 2027. The union members would receive four annual 3.25% raises, then a final 3.25% raise in 2025, plus a $3,000 ratification bonus. About 8,200 supervisors across every city agency would be affected if the contract is ratified. Some members will also be eligible to work remotely, among other benefits and perks.
