Yet another chip has been chiseled off the block of monolith union-busing Amazon, this time through a flagship Whole Foods in Phil. The NLRB has sided with the workers, against Amazon, which has argued that those in this location should not be allowed to collectively bargain. This comes after a majority of those in Phil. at the store voted to join a union. Amazon used its usual double-speak, saying workers were free to make their own decision. However, after that, it presented a slew of legal arguments challenging the ruling, and promised it would appeal.
