After 16 months of negotiations, Whitney Museum unionized workers have ratified their first contract. The Whitney Museum Union is a part of Local 2110 of the United Auto Workers (UAW) and represents about 200 employees. Some provisions of the contract include minimum pay increases and general wage increases for the unionized employees. Many of the benefits won for members will also extend to temporary workers.
