A majority of video game testers at Microsoft video game subsidiary ZeniMax Studios have voted to join the Communications Workers of America. It will be Microsoft’s first labor union in the U.S. It will also be the largest in the video game industry. There are about 300 quality assurance workers at the company. Grievances include low wages and poor treatment, among other issues.
