On Thursday, Feb. 9, Local 2110 of the United Auto Workers and HarperCollins Publishers both released statements laying out the terms of a new tentative agreement. A walkout by about 250 striking workers would come to an end if the union members ratify the contract. Terms that were released in the statements were increases to minimum salaries across levels and a lump sum bonus for each worker. The walkout has been ongoing for nearly three months.
