Albany, NY – Today, September 9, 2026 – the NYS Building & Construction Trades Council, representing over 235,000 unionized construction workers in New York State has endorsed Governor Kathy Hochul for re-election.

In collaboration with the Building Trades, we’re transforming upstate New York into the microchip manufacturing center of the world, we’re pushing a bold all-of-the-above energy strategy, and fighting back against the state’s housing crisis by building more.
