The National Labor Relations has filed a complaint against an Apple New York City retail store. The filing said, among other charges, that Apple did not allow workers to place pro-union materials in a break room. At the same time, non-union materials were handed out. “It is past time for Apple’s senior management to respect its retail employees and stop its unlawful and heavy-handed attempts to prevent them from forming unions,” said CWA Secretary-Treasurer Sara Steffens.
