The notoriously anti-union Right-To-Work Law could be on its way out in Michigan. After the re-election of Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the fact that Democrats won control of both the state House and Senate, union officials and sympathetic politicians are setting their sights on what has been called “the Union-Busting Law”. The Law lets employees get the benefits of collectively-bargained agreements without paying dues. “Right-To-Work…we’ll repeal that,” said Dayna Polehanki, a State Senator from Livonia.
