Pearson Education, an educational media company, is moving 650 jobs from New Jersey to Manhattan.

Americans are fearful of the next wave of layoffs as the economy falters.

On Thursday, nearly 23,000 California-based registered nurses will hold a one-day strike to speak out against cuts to health care.

Local 54—Unite HERE is fighting for wage increases for casino workers in Atlantic City, NJ.

With the October 1 deadline drawing near, the panels created to select health care options for New Jersey public workers have still not come to an agreement.
