After 700 support staff employees were laid off in New York schools, students and co-workers are feeling their absence. 

The City Council is still debating raising minimum wage from $7.25 to $10, citing a potential loss of jobs as a consequence.

Chrysler has come to an agreement with the United Auto Workers, the last out of the three major car companies.
