Boston Massachusetts – Almost 300 workers called a one day strike at Boston’s Logan Airport on Wednesday February 7th.  According to SEIU 32BJ, the workers, employees of JetBlue subcontractors FFS and ReadyJet, were striking over low wages and allegations that they’ve been targeted and threatened for union organizing. Boston Mayor Marty Walsh and local elected officials said they backed the strike. Those that participated in the strike including cabin cleaners, baggage handlers, skycaps and wheelchair attendants.
