OPEIU President Goodwin Retires, Richard Lanigan Takes Over

OPEIU President Michael Goodwin is retiring.The union's Executive Board named Richard Lanigan to serve as president.

Goodwin says he knows Lanigan will do a great job representing OPEIU members. Goodwin will spend full time as business manager of Local 153, OPEIU’s largest Local Union.
