We really appreciate the support on salary parity. It is very important to ALL of the early childhood educators in NYC. More noise needs to happen for people to begin to hear our cries. We will continue to do our job to the fullest, however, we will not let go of this inequality in pay and benefits among early childhood educators! Thank you!

  3. District Council 1707 is thankful for the light being shed on this serious matter regarding wage parity for our community based teachers & staff. We hope that dialogue continues and our voices prevail in the inevitable goal of equality with the DOE.
