The Workers Unite Film Festival is previewing a powerful and important film dealing with the issues of #BlackLivesMatter and police violence against working people of color. Current occupation by gun-toting "patriots" in Oregon, where hands-off police policy has been evident, demonstrates the incredible disparity in how police deal with a situation depending on the color of one's skin.

Don't miss this special screening of Profiled, held at The 8th Floor Event Gallery on Wednesday, January 27th at 6:30pm (17 West 17th St).  You must RSVP to profileddocumentary@gmail.com.

For those who can't make it on the 27th, there will also be a preview screening of Profiled on Tuesday, January 26th at 7:00pm (Community Room at 321 West 24th St, Penn South), in association with The Workmen's Circle and Penn South LEAPS.
